When you are ready to start let me know and I will send you the plan I used...it worked like a charm!Alanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10226805581685877036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6172699671814660070.post-64661123991065314932009-12-06T14:43:35.007-05:002009-12-06T14:43:35.007-05:00Hi Angie, I know you can make your dream of runnin...Hi Angie, I know you can make your dream of running a 5K come true. At the beginning of 1996, I could not even run for 5 minutes. March of 1996 I ran my first 5K, June of 2006 I ran my first 10K. July of 1996 I ran my first half marathon, November of 1996 I ran the New York city Marathon in under 4 hours. This is one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. Crossing the finish line was the best moment of my life next to holding Vivian for the first time. I have been a runner ever since 1996. I love it because you can do it anywhere and it is against yourself; just beating your personal best in time or distance. Running is "my time". Good luck with your surgery and your dream.Waiting4Audreyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06948311219589107083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6172699671814660070.post-32596030639991415402009-12-02T20:09:02.824-05:002009-12-02T20:09:02.824-05:00I was thinking about you today.
