I made muffins this morning for breakfast. While they were cooking, I put a stick of butter on the counter to soften. I left the kitchen...BAD IDEA. When I returned, there was Max...butter all over his face...most of the stick gone. I am guessing that it will make his coat very shiny! I am also guessing that my laughter and picture taking didn't do much to let him know that was a bad choice!
I've been trying to teach him a new trick - "dead dog." He's not doing so well. So I changed the trick to make sure he feels successful...now, if he doesn't "perform" I say "dumb dog." Needless to say, he gets a treat every time! ;) I love my dog!
