At the beginning of the year, I wanted to have a tangible way of counting up the months closer to Emma. I made a number line across the calendar board and each month, we move the ladybug to the next number. The kids get so excited when we do this!
These are the kids who have helped me celebrate each month this year! They ask about baby Emma all the time and I know they will be excited when she comes home. Hopefully they won't already be in high school!
And here I am reminding everyone that I am hanging by a VERY THIN red thread!
