Just so you know...

`I have switched to the waiting child/special needs list. I decided that a lot of the things considered "Special needs" aren't even what I would consider special needs. (like hemangiomas, birthmarks, eczema or a lazy eye)

I got this email this afternoon. It could be that Emma will be here within a year...or it could be longer...

Good Afternoon Angie,

I have read through your questions/answers and everything looks great. You
have been accepted into the Waiting Child Program and you are currently
number 31 on our Waiting List of families. That number does not really say
anything as you could be match at any time.

Once the new website launches, I will provide all of our Waiting Child
Program Families with the username and password to view the children.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Blessings,

Ashley

Congrats! DD#1 was NSN and DD#2 was SN repaired C/P. Once you do SN
you realize you CAN do it....

I don't know if I would have been 'brave' enough to go w/ the SN needs list prior to E'beth's adoption, but I can say for sure that I have NO hesitation now that we have gone through the process to go the SN route if we were to ever go again. Congrats Angie.
