That doll was the first one I bought for Sophie too. :) Looks like you are having such fun preparing for your baby and it brings back such nice memories for me when I read your blog. I am so excited for you!
Sad story. We sent one of these to Nora almost a year ago. Right after we got our PA. Her caretaker told me, a few weeks ago, that she is very attached to it, and that we might want to bring another one like it...because the orphanage would more than likely 'steal it' from her to take home to their children, or sell it. Is that not just insane??!! Makes my blood boil.
On a happy note, Ada has the same doll and loves it! :)
OK, we got this doll too. A word to the wise, don't leave it anywhere Max can reach it... it smells like vanilla. My dog, Cory, thinks that doll is delicious! :)

Our Piper has this doll also - she carries it everywhere!
