Last night, we went to Matt and Sydney's house for dinner. We spent the evening lounging on their deck...listening to music (some good, some Matt chose *wink, wink*)...eating and having a blast together.
Matt got a workout flying Emma in the air. He would count - "1, 2, 3" and then raise her up in the air. She started counting as well, except when she counted, it was, "1, by, 3." She was totally convinced that 2 was by and got a little frustrated that we were counting incorrectly. She would point to each of us and make sure we were counting correctly. It was a hoot! Videos later...
She got a real kick out of watching herself on video!
Then we got out the sparklers...well, THEY got out the sparklers. I have a pretty significant fear of all things fire so you can see me leaning WAY back from the sparkler...
but Emma, my NO FEAR baby, wanted more...
She went through a whole box!
Emma loves her Audrey friend...
All the girls...still can't get Em to look at the camera...oh well...she is 2 of course!
