My Baby Mama

That's what I affectionately call Sarah, my social worker at my adoption agency, who matched me with Emma.  I got to meet her at Chinese New Year last week.  It was such a special night with children from a training center for orphans performing various dances for us. 

At one point, they were asking for various groups of people to stand up.  First, 'those who had returned from China with a child this year,' 'those who were waiting on a referral,' Then finally, 'those who have been matched with a child and are waiting for travel.'  When they called out that one, I jumped up in front of the 450 people screaming, "That's me!  That's me!!!"  Everyone got a big kick out of that!
