July 2005 - Began praying about adoption
October 2005 - Mailed application to Living Hope Adoption Agency
October 05-August 06 Waited for a singles spot
August 10, 2006 I got a spot!
August 21, 2006 Mailed contract
August 23, 2006 First homestudy visit
August 25, 2006 Mailed I600A form
August 29, 2006 Second homestudy visit
September 5, 2006 third homestudy visit - recieved finger print notice
September 12, 2006 Fingerprints done in Nashville
November 24, 2006 Finally recieved the 171H needed to complete my dossier
Overnighted my dossier to LHAA to get all the needed seals
December 22, 2006 Dossier sent to China
January 31, 2007 Dossier Logged in
And now the wait begins...there are rumors that it could be anywhere from 18 months to 5 or more years. UGH! I am holding out for somewhere around 28 months!

Ok, I got a google account JUST for you! :) Figured I'd be around posting lots of comments here, so I should go for it! What a joy it has been knowing you. You are such a blessing to all around you and Emma will be a very blessed little girl to have "Miss Angie" as her Mom. Hope you are having a wonderful time with your friend this week and your personal trainer is waiting for your return!! lol. If you overdo it, she will whip you right back into shap in no time! No rest for the weary..ha!
