Lara is the perfect sister-in-law! People sometimes think she and I are sisters and my brother is the in-law. My brother's job is such that he is often out of town. When he is, Lara and I have phone dates. Several weeks ago, we were talking about the fact that I don't have cable anymore. I was telling her that one of the only things I really miss is Little House on the Prairie. I love, love, love that show! Thursday, when I came home from school, there was a package waiting for me. Lara had remembered and she (and my brother) had sent me season one of Little House! 19 hours of good TV just waiting on me! What a perfect sister in law!

Oh I relate to this! We cancelled our cable a few months ago and that is the one thing that I miss too! Of course I have them all memorized anyhow (lol) but I miss catching Little House here and there! I am not a big DVD purchaser, but Little House would be worth owning now that you mention it! :) What a great sis-in-law!
you should make a trip to nashville (again) and see the little house play with melissa gilbert starring as ma!!! i think it's oct 27 - nov 1 ish. if you want to let me know and i'll meet up with you! it would be so fun!
That is one sweet sister! It's a good thing that I don't have 19 hours of Little House. I'd neglect everything else in a heartbeat:)
