Coming together

Tonight, my parents came over and we hung up blinds and curtains in Emma's room.  What a difference it makes!  It's finally starting to look like someone would want to live in that room!  Many many thanks to my friend, Carol for making the curtains - they really make a difference in her room!  See for yourself...

These are the curtains she made for my bedroom.  We couldn't find the perfect fabric...so we just bought another duvet cover (the same duvet is on my bed, but I didn't show it in the picture because my bed is not made...shhhh!) - it had the coordinating fabric on the back - and she made it into curtains! 

So shabby chic!
