Apple Butter Weekend

My friend Syd's family gets together every fall to make Apple Butter.  Emma and I were able to go this year and help out.  We had a blast!

It's beautiful there...the view of the mountains is breathtaking!

I have quite the helper!  She felt so big helping Syd carry this cooler!

 Helping stir the apple butter was a lot of fun too!

 There were so many great photo opportunities...but she really was not interested.

At least she didn't scream during this one!

 We did A LOT of eating!

 Then it was time to can the apple butter.  It's a fast paced assembly line!
