Christmas shopping

Today, Mom, Emma and I traveled to knoxville to shop. What a day we had! I found a couple of great things for Emma...including her Christmas dress. It was not what I had imagined as her Christmas dress, but I adore it and can't wait for her to wear it! She is going to wear it to our church tomorrow and to church with Nana and Papa next week!

Not sure why these pics are sideways...loved this cute Christmas tree shirt...

And is this not the sweetest sweater EVER???

Emma really was an angel today.  It was a SUPER long day.  We ate lunch at our favorite...PF Changs.  I keep trying to get a free meal by telling them that Emma is from the town where the original warrior's were found...so far it hasn't worked.

Later, at the mall, there was a train that drove through the mall.  Emma is nuts about choo-choo's so we certainly had to ride!  She had a blast...and would have ridden a million times if I would have let her!

After a long day of shopping, we headed home.  Emma had only had a short nap in her stroller...she was so tired...but she fights sleep if there's anything going on around her!  Finally in the quiet of the car...after a bite of chocolate...she succumbed to sweet sleep.  Too bad she wasn't totally done with that bite of chocolate...

Priceless!

I LOVE the Christmas dress! So cute. It sorta looks like a Matilda Jane dress (which I also love but are way too much $$ for me!). Where did you find it? We love PF Changs--so good. Let me know if the Xi'an thing ever works for you. We may have to try that! :)

Miss you!
